SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours by the Spanish carrier Correos.
*** Please note that we normally ship on Fridays and if possible they will be shipped before Friday.
ORDERS MUST BE MADE BEFORE THURSDAY 12h pm (UCT +1).

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and vary depending on where you live.
The shipping time does not include the time used for customs procedures in the country of destination. Sometimes the shipment can suffer from customs delays if your country is not part of the EU because your order may be subject to import duties, customs duties or VAT charges.
For orders sent to countries outside the European Union, we are not responsible for the cost of any specific tax to be paid in the country of destination. Clients are responsible for international customs and duty fees.
Your item will be shipped with tracking. If the package is returned due to the customer, the customer may need to pay a handling fee to resend the item.
RETURN POLICY

• You can return to product within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be in new condition.
• To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee for resend the item.

Return Conditions
Before contact us you can return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item be in new condition to qualify for a refund - no scratches or signs of use. If any item is scratched or looks used then product shall not be refunded. Make sure to let us know if you want to return your items and if possible, MUTANT MODULAR suggests you get a receipt and please provide us with a tracking number, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Lateral Sound is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not collected from your post office within 14 days, MUTANT MODULAR reserves the right to charge you for handling fees to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
WARRANTY
Passive products
All passive products are safe to use with eurorack. We can not be resposible for any damage produced for unpatched cables that may cause short circuit like touchng the front panels of a module. Always use passive items with all cables patched.
Assembled Modules - 2 Year Warranty
All assembled products are covered by the standard 2-year EU warranty on purchased goods which begins when you recieve your goods. This warranty covers the failure or malfunction of the device within this period which is due to our manufacturing processes or the components used. The warranty covers return shipping to the customer (worldwide) but not the shipping to have the device returned to MUTANT MODULAR.
The warranty is void if:
-The device has been modified from manufacturing.
-The device has failed due to the customers negligence including (but not limited to) connecting the device to an inappropriate power supply, damage due to mishandling, damage due to extreme conditions (including but not limited to temperature, humidity/moisture or dust).
Kits
The necessary knowledge and the possession of the necessary tools is assumed to the buyer in order to build and make functional any kit or parts.
Any doubt about this should be asked before shopping (i.e.: by e-mail), otherwise return of the kit or part will be unacceptable.

Kits For connect all bus powered modules:
-Never plug a module with your case powered ON
-Triple check the power connector polarity. (Red line -12V)
-Never plug the module backwards, You might damage the module or burn something on your case and this is no covered by the warranty.
